Why is data important in shaping effective climate policy?

Belize’s efforts to protect its environment remain a focal point of the Government’s national agenda. While there are struggles to get developed countries to keep with their climate change commitments, the region is building capacity, particularly as it relates to how best climate change policies can be effectively shaped by data and research. Various stakeholders today were at the Radisson learning how best they can do that. Dale McDougall found out more.
