Woman Fined for Possession of Crack Pipe

A Belize City woman was fined in court today for being in possession of a crack pipe. Thirty-two-year-old Holis Haylock, appeared in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court charged with a single count of possession of a pipe, to which she immediately pleaded guilty. She was fined a total of eighty dollars and given until October 31 to pay. She faces three weeks in jail if she defaults. Police found the item on her during a search earlier today.
