Police in Corozal are investigating a murder. The body of 33-year-old Tracy Thompson was found inside her home early this morning in Calcutta Village, Her body was found inside a room and police say she was stabbed to death. The man accused allegedly killing her is her common-law-husband Devon Logan. A statement from the Belize Police Department to the media says that the deceased allegedly had a physical fight with Logan which resulted in Logan being chased from the residence. Police say that sometime between midnight and 6am, Logan allegedly returned to the house and Thompson was found murdered after by a friend. Logan was arrested sometime this morning at a bus terminal in Dangriga Town.
