Woman Stabbed in Placencia Village Domestic Dispute

A woman was stabbed on Saturday night during a domestic dispute in Placencia Village. The 34-year-old victim, Jamilee Murillo, told police that around 5:30, she was at home with her daughter on Crimson Drive when her husband arrived home reportedly intoxicated. Murillo says a domestic dispute then ensued in which her husband refused to retire to his room. Assistant Commissioner of Police, Hilberto Romero, says that when Murillo’s husband became enraged and attacked her with a knife he retrieved from their kitchen.
