The Word at Work is a ministry that mobilizes churches and individuals to answer God’s call to minister to those in need. The organization is here in Belize to donate over ten thousand toys to children all over Belize that are in need. To head the operation is an elderly couple Bob and Sharon Herdon who are from Tennessee, Texas. Sharon Herdon Spoke told us about the initiative and what drove them to start this mission and how long they have been collecting the toys for this moment.
