Back in September, 11 youth ambassadors travelled to the US for a program that would allow them to be immersed in different cultures. This month, another set of 9 high school students and one mentor will be travelling to Florida for the program. Half the group will be travelling to Pensacola, while the other half will travel to Denver. They will then meet up in Washington DC before coming back to Belize. The Youth Ambassador Program plays a major step in the students’ development. The program is coordinated by Love Foundation, and today, the executive director stated why this initiative is important to maintain.
Love Foundation works in collaboration with Georgetown University, in Washington DC, and World Learning.///
