Dr. Osmond Martinez Takes Oath as Member of Parliament and Junior Minister

Finally, from today’s House Meeting, Dr Osmond Martinez sat in his first session of the House of Representatives.  He was administered the oath as a Member of Parliament and was then seated in the second row as a junior minister and a Minister of State.  Prime Minister Briceno welcomed Dr Martinez to the National Assembly.

Dr Martinez replaces the Honorable Mike Espat who passed away on April 22.  A bi-election was held on July 17 where Dr Martinez’ was duly elected as the Area Rep for Toledo East.
