MAFSE Trains Data Collectors to Enhance Climate Resilience in Agriculture

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security, and Enterprise (MAFSE) is conducting a specialized training session for data collectors. The training, a collaboration with the Climate Resilient Sustainable Agriculture Project (CRESAP), seeks to strengthen climate resilience within Belize’s agricultural sector. The primary objective of the session is to equip data collectors with a comprehensive understanding of the CRESAP initiative, covering its Matching Grant, Environmental, and Social components. By familiarizing participants with these critical elements, the training aims to enhance their ability to collect and manage project-related data efficiently. Key presenters at the event include Roberto Harrison and Orlando Coc, who will provide insights into procurement procedures, and Phillip Tate, who will lead discussions on monitoring, evaluation, and the structured processes of data collection. By strengthening data collection and analysis capabilities, the project aims to facilitate accurate impact assessment and long-term success.
