A forty-two-year-old Belize native living in Pennsylvania, USA, has been indicted on federal drug trafficking and illegal reentry charges.  The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced on Thursday that Kennon Kelly, a resident of York, faces allegations involving cocaine and crack cocaine. Prosecutors allege that he distributed the drugs on six occasions between March 24 and November 5, 2025. He is also accused of possessing more than two hundred and eighty grams of crack cocaine and five hundred grams of cocaine with intent to distribute.  The indictment further alleges that Kelly returned to the United States without obtaining permission after being deported through Houston, Texas, in 2016. The federal announcement does not state the reason for that deportation.  The investigation involved the US Drug Enforcement Administration, Homeland Security Investigations and the York City Police Department. Special Assistant US Attorney Mark Monroe is prosecuting the case. Authorities say the prosecution forms part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide Justice Department initiative targeting illegal immigration and criminal activity.
