BDF Captain Attacks Sergeant with Glass Bottle

A captain of the Belize Defence Force (BDF) reportedly attacked and injured a sergeant just after midnight last night.  Thirty-six-year-old, Hilberto Teck reported to Police that he was at Price Barracks in Ladyville when 36-year-old, Captain Jesus Rodriguez, came up to him, and struck him in the side of the head with a glass bottle.  Teck sustained a large cut wound to the face which has been classified as grievous harm. The incident comes just a week after BDF Private Orville Chi bit off one of the ears of Private Mario Kib during a fight at the Fairweather Camp in Punta Gorda.
