CITCO installs traffic light on St. Thomas Street

The Belize City Council is hoping to improve the flow of traffic with the installation of traffic lights at the corner of St. Thomas and St. Joseph Streets. Today, the council erected the lights with the hopes of easing traffic congestion in the area. Councilman Albert Vaugh, whose portfolio includes traffic management, explained the importance of improving the city’s flow of traffic.
