James Arthur Albert Foundation Awards Scholarships to Police Youth Cadets

The James Arthur Albert Foundation donated three Secondary Level Education scholarships to three deserving students who participate in the Police Youth Cadet Program. The recipients were identified through recommendation by the Police Department. The scholarship covers the entire four year high school tenure and students must maintain a high GPA in order to keep it. The Police Youth Cadet Program is an active program that offers a variety of extracurricular activities to keep youth engaged. Paul Mahung reports.
