US Visa Prices to Increase

The US Embassy in Belize announced new prices for visas. Starting May 30, the fee for U.S. visitor visas and non-petition-based NIVs is set to climb from US $160 to US $185. Additionally, petition-based visa fees (including H, L, O, P, Q, and R) will experience an increase from US $190 to US $205, while E visa application fees will surge from US $205 to US $315. It’s important to note that the cost of service, as determined by an annual study, is used to calculate visa fees. The U.S. government understands the immense value of international travel in fostering a robust economy and thus seeks to make informed adjustments to visa costs accordingly.
