‘We are not afraid of competition’ but BBA says Floralia gets the privileges they don’t

The members of the Belize Bus Association have reiterated their stance this morning that they have no problem with Floralia as a competitor. But they feel that the company was inserted in the industry as a means to box out the current operators – and the company gets preferential privileges, which other industry players simply don’t get. Carlos Walker, the BBA’s treasurer, says that not only are the decision by the board bad, the board is operating illegally. Here’s his explanation.
