120 House Lots Allocated in Rural Stann Creek

120 house lots were distributed in rural Stann Creek yesterday.  Each lot measures ten thousand square feet, the equivalent to 125 feet by 80 feet.  Area Representative for Stann Creek West, Rodwell Ferguson was in Red Bank Village up to late last night issuing letters of confirmation and costs to the recipients.  Love News understands that this is one of several villages where land has been surveyed for distribution.  According to Ferguson, there are several land projects in the pipeline, as they work at meeting their goals for land distribution in the south.

Having been a part of the central government since November 2020, Minister Ferguson says the land distribution project has been the biggest and most significant undertaking in his constituency.

In addition to land distribution, Minister Ferguson told Love News that they are also working on water supply projects, particularly in rural areas.
