Belizean Man Arrested in Georgia After Violent Incidents

A Belizean man was arrested last week in the United States following numerous violent incidents at an apartment complex in Marietta, Georgia. 23-year-old Roland Cody Lopez, born in Punta Gorda, was arrested by police after a shootout. Lopez is accused of burglary, criminal damage, and domestic disturbance with gunfire. Marietta police SWAT team was called to the scene of a hit and run but were met with gunfire from Lopez.  Media indicate that Lopez faces multiple charges for forcibly entering an apartment, as well as charges of terroristic threats, obstruction of justice, and reckless conduct.
