Criminal Records Amendment Bill Introduced to Erase Records for Specific Offences

Another highlight in this morning’s session of the House Meeting was presented by Minister Francis Fonseca, and surrounds the recent initiative to erase criminal records for specific offences.  Fonseca presented on behalf of the Office of the Attorney General, where he explained the elements of the Criminal Records Amendment Bill.
