Donovan Fraunzua, a former security guard at ACC School Compound, was convicted of burglary for stealing a JBL speaker and money from the Teachers Staff Room in 2023. Despite being caught on video, Fraunza pleaded guilty, expressed remorse, and explained his actions occurred on the anniversary of his son’s death. As a first-time offender, he was fined $1,500 plus court costs and given until December 1, 2024 to pay, or face four months in jail. The court showed leniency, taking into account his lack of prior convictions and his guilty plea.
