Georgeville Health Centre Renamed ‘Margaret Spain Centre’ After Renovation

A health centre in Georgeville, Cayo District was refurbished and renamed to the Margaret Spain Centre.  A special event was held yesterday in the village with more than three dozen officials and residents coming out, including Spain who is 100 years old.  David McDougall is Spain’s grandson.

Minister of Health, Kevin Bernard spoke on the occasion, saying that he is pleased that Spain is still alive to witness this event.
