Fire officials have ruled a fire in Ladyville as an accident and had initially reported that the source of the fire was a BEL meter socket.  A few hours later, however, the Police indicated that the investigation is ongoing and a source has not yet been determined.  Yesterday morning, the home of 37-year-old, Georgia McKenzie caught fire at around seven thirty on Arizona Road.  Mckenzie was fortunate as the fire was extinguished quickly and had only damaged the veranda portion of the wooden structure.  According to reports, she was alerted of the fire by a neighbor.
