Police Investigate Potential Inside Job in Dangriga Treasury Office Burglary

Police are probing into whether the burglary at the Dangriga Treasury Office was an inside job. Over the weekend, the government office was targeted by robbers, who managed to shut off the building’s electricity and make off with a safe. The incident comes after several previous break-ins, one of which led to over forty thousand dollars being stolen. Commissioner of Police Chester Williams provided additional details.

The assailants reportedly gained entry through an office window.
