Ready Call Center Expands Dangriga Branch, Creating More Job Opportunities

The Ready Call Center (RCC BPO) has expanded its Dangriga Branch by acquiring more office space at its Saint Vincent Street building.  The branch was first opened on November 2, 2023 with 150 employees with intentions to expand to 500 employees within a 2 year period. RCC BPO is the largest call center in Belize having branches in Belize City and the Cayo, Orange Walk, and Dangriga districts.  Area Representative of Dangriga, Dr. Louis Zabaneh, spoke to Love News about his excitement for more employment opportunities in Dangriga. 

Dr.Luis Zabaneh, People’s United Party Standard Bearer, Dangriga: “Back when we opened this up less than a year ago we had 60 temporary employees. Now we can say we have 190 and the plans from the management to move towards 500 over the next few months we’re very excited about that. We’re putting in a lot of effort to train our people so that they are able to do a great job when they’re here and that’s what we’re seeing now. This is the second floor in the background that will now be used, this expansion that’s about to occur.”

At the start of this year, employees in Dangriga were given the opportunity to be a part of the company’s, “Land Gift Initiative”, where RCC BPO has partnered with the government to provide land for first time land owners.
