Rotary Club Distributes Tech Equipment to 36 Schools in Belize

The Rotary Club of Dangriga, District 4250, is rounding out the last of the distributions of toys and equipment under the Medical Equipment & Supplies Abroad (MESA), project. Today, the club visited schools in Dangriga delivering the donations and assisting in the set up of computers, TVs and other electronics. The project is being done in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Ohio, District 6600. Indira Williams, President of the Rotary Club of Dangriga, said that this round of distributions benefitted a total of 36 schools in the Cayo and Stann Creek districts.

Williams says that future meetings will be held with medical facilities in the south to determine what supplies can be provided through the MESA project.
