Second Arrest Made in 2022 Winston “Tanga” James Murder Case

34-year-old Eustace Lewis has been formally arrested and charged with “Abetment to Commit Murder” for the murder of Winston Tanga James. Police officials reported that the arrest came through after thorough investigation that gathered substantial evidence linking Lewis to the crime. This is the second arrest made within one week for James’ murder which occurred in January 2022.  Injured in the shooting was one Marybeth Wade.
