74-Year-Old Man Under Investigation for Alleged Rape of Minor

Police are investigating a case of rape reportedly carried out by a 74-year-old man.  Reports say that a male minor confided in his grandmother yesterday that the elderly man had forced him to perform oral sex on him.  The grandmother accompanied the child to the Police station to file the complaint, which indicates the incident occurred around midday yesterday.  Our newsroom was informed that the senior citizen is in police custody pending charges.
