British High Commissioner Visits OAS Office in Belize-Guatemala Adjacency Zone

Yesterday, British High Commissioner to Belize, Christine Rowlands, went on a working visit to the OAS Office in the Adjacency Zone between Belize and Guatemala. Rowlands visited the OAS offices along with the High Commission’s Climate Change, Environment, and Energy Officer, Zana Kristen Wade. OAS Country Representative to Belize, Dr. Luiz Octavio Coimbra, Adjacency Zone Director, Sergio Lopez, personally took Rowlands and Wade to several OAS facilities to show the organization’s work. Dr. Coimbra told Love News that the overarching message of their presentations was that the OAS is in the Adjacency Zone to promote peace.

The United Kingdom is one of the nation’s funding the work of the OAS in the Adjacency Zone.
