Climate Change Workshop in Belize City Discusses COP28 and Stakeholder Engagement

A climate change workshop is currently underway at the Best Western Belize Biltmore in Belize City.  It is a full room of stakeholders and interested parties at the Five C’s talk on the upcoming COP28 slated to take place in Dubai.  In attendance at this morning’s session was Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry of Economic Development, Dr Osmond Martinez.

Another key stakeholder at this morning’s workshop was Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry of Rural Transformation, Community Development, Labour and Local Government, Valentino Shal.  In speaking with Love News, CEO Shal explained the role that his ministry plays when it comes to climate change.
