Gang Affiliation Charge: Suspect Further Remanded for Incomplete Disclosure

Despite spending the mandatory ninety days on remand for his charge of gang affiliation Ronlee Petillo has been further remanded to the Belize Central Prison. Petillo appeared unrepresented in court today, charged with being a member of a gang, where the prosecutor provided fifty-three pages of disclosure. However, the prosecutor noted that the disclosure was incomplete and asked the court for a further adjournment to September 5 in order to prepare the full disclosure.
