Man Charged with Traffic Offenses Granted Bail

A Belize City man is out on bail after being charged with two traffic offenses. Thirty-four-year-old Mervin Domingo, appeared in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court today, charged with one count of drove motor vehicle without due care and attention, and one count of drove motor vehicle with alcohol concentration above the prescribed limit. He pleaded not guilty to both offenses and was granted bail in the sum of six hundred dollars. Allegations against him are that on Saturday, September 9, he got into an accident at mile 1 on the Philip Goldson Highway.
