Man Sentenced to Prison for Possession of Stolen Motorcycle

A man reportedly caught in possession of a stolen motorcycle  Forty-two-year-old David Gregorio appeared in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court today, charged with a single count of theft to which he pleaded guilty. His court records showed that he had three prior convictions, two of which were crimes of dishonesty. His records also showed that there was a warrant out for him to serve out several unpaid fines as prison time. The Magistrate sentenced Gregorio to six months in prison and urged him to receive counseling while he is incarcerated.
