Opposition Leader Moses Shyne Barrow Faces Court Challenge Over Mesopotamia Registration

Leader of the Opposition, Moses Shyne Barrow, was at the center of a court case this morning after several PUP operatives renewed their objections on the matter of his registration in the Mesopotamia division.  Barrow has retained the services of Senior Counsel Richard Dickie Bradley who spoke with court reporter, Anita Nembhard.

According to Bradley, in a rare event, the Chief Magistrate made a personal visit to the house to inspect whether the address accommodates a residence.

The matter will continue before the Chief Magistrate on Tuesday, November 21
