Authorities conducted a search at the residence of 60-year-old, Silvian Cipriano Neal in the Another World area of Roaring Creek Village, Cayo District. During the search, officers discovered a green Lifan motorcycle without ID plates. The motorcycle raised suspicions when neither documentation nor a key could be produced to confirm its ownership. Neal informed the officers that the motorcycle had been sold to his 19-year-old son, Darwin Neal, for $300. However, upon further inspection, authorities found that the ignition had been bypassed, allowing the vehicle to start without a key. Neal stated that his son, currently out of the country, would return on Monday, at which point he would accompany him to the GI3 Belmopan office for an interview regarding the motorcycle. As the motorcycle is suspected to be stolen, it was impounded and taken to the Maya Mopan Precinct.
